Ferry Beach - Scarborough. 2012 was our first year renting kayaks directly from this fabulous sandy and scenic Town owned and operated beach. Our joint venture with the Scarborough Community Services allowed us to offer this and it was very popular. So we will be doing it again in 2013.
Pine Point We are delighted to announce our plans to extend our joint venture with Scarborough Community Services to add direct beach front kayak rental to the beach at the Pine Point fisherman's co-op.
This beach not only offers lots of free parking, but it has direct access to the fabulous Scarborough Marsh. We have provided kayaks to hundreds of customers who have taken self guided trips into the marsh. Everyone has enjoyed it. Many say it was a highlight of their vacation. This location also features a waterfront restaraunt , The Rising Tide, and a great view of Scarborough Harbor, a working waterfront.
